Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
• The gate hours are as follows:
  • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
  • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
  • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
• Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am

Property Access

• Directions to the house will be provided in the arrival packet from the North Gate.
• The exterior is monitored by 1 security camera on the front porch.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.

Policies and Rules

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
• All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
• There is an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

• There is paved parking to the lower level and includes a Tesla electric vehicle charger.
• Parking limited to three cars.
• The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
• Community amenities available during your stay:
  • Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music.
  • Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer.
  • Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks snaking across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC.
  • Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes.
  • Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts.
  • Horseshoes.
  • Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar).
  • Brand new outdoor pool located at The Meadows.
  • Spa and massage services for an additional charge.
  • Ascent Wellness & Fitness center including:
    • Personal training
    • Private classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, and more (available for a small per-day fee; additional charges may apply)
    • Fitness classes
    • Diet Counseling
    • Guests can use these during staffed hours.
• The property includes Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and climate control.
• There is a community pool and a hot tub at the property.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Safety and Emergency Information

• The exterior is monitored by 1 security camera on the front porch.
• No explicit emergency contact information or safety instructions provided; refer to the Welcome Book or digital guidebook for trash and other procedures.

Construction Notice

• BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
